The AK-74

Everyone has heard about AK-47, if not in movies, then surely in games. All the top action games feature Ak-47 as a primary and a top-notch weapon. Why we put this gun on top and not the more recent ones? Well, it is an amazing gun. For gun-lovers, this would be their dream weapon if they went to war. And yes, it is very commonly used in too many of today’s warzones. You might be wondering why the name is AK-74 and not AK-47. Well, in easy words, it’s an update from the same Russian manufacturers. The Russian forces dominated in the Soviet-Afghan war with this gun.

Design: Wooden stock and magazine covering, 37 inches long

Type: Automatic Assault Rifle

Cartridge: 5.45x39mm

This gun is the one that has a special place in many gun lover’s and gamer’s life. And in many countries, this is the issued primary weapon for the armed forces.

The Heckler & Koch HK416

This rifle was made by the German manufacturers, Heckler & Koch. Many people would know the gun as M416 or the M4 carbine, which are actually a more updated version of the gun. This one is more commonly seen with the army forces nowadays, especially in the US, and it is one of the more recent guns in the market. This gun is also featured in almost all of the modern-day action category video games. In addition to the US Army and the German army, the French and the Norwegian forces possess these guns as well.

Design: Black, a minimum of 27 inches long

Type: Automatic Assault Rifle

Cartridge: 5.56x45mm

This gun can fire a whopping minimum of 7 hundred rounds in one minute, a lot more compared to AK-74’s 6 hundred rounds per minute.

The Uzi

Anyone wondering now why we put Uzi so up the list? Well, it may look like a tiny gun, but people who have seen this gun in action can assume its actual power. This short submachine gun has the same firepower as that of the AK-74, a raging 6 hundred rounds per minute. And it, too, has seen a lot of wars. This gun is not among the recent ones, but it is still hugely produced and continuously upgraded.

Design: Black, a minimum of 17.5 inches long

Type: Semi-automatic Submachine Gun

Cartridge: 9x19mm

This gun is also seen more in heists. Why? Because it is easier to keep hidden in possession. But it may not be the first choice of a military person.

The AS50

This one is a very powerful rifle. It can kill anyone from almost about 2 kilometres away! If you’re wondering how much more that is, in comparison, well, FYI, the HK416 has a maximum sight range of 800 meters. The AS50 was designed by the British manufacturers and later seen to be used by US Marine SEALs. It even has an astonishing fire rate of 10 rounds per 3.2 seconds. But half if you have a five-round mag. This one replaced the AW50 bolt-action sniper rifle for its precision combined fire-rate.

Design: Black, about 54 inches long

Type: Semi-automatic Action Rifle

Cartridge: .50 BGM

This gun is preferred by military forces since it can be used for both long-range and short-range combat.

The MG3

The MG3 machine gun is known for its fire-rate, a jaw-dropping maximum of 13 hundred rounds per minute. This one also has a German manufacturer. One rifle weighs about 12kgs. You might have seen the MG-42 in Call of Duty World at War action games, which featured the second world war. The MG3 is an updated version. It is also used as a mounted gun in camps and vehicles. A lot of countries acquired these guns in their possession for their armed forces.

Design: Black, about 48 inches long

Type: Machine Gun

Cartridge: 7.62x51mm

So you can tell that it is a dangerous weapon and not to keep for your personal safety. For that, you should go for a Glock or, if you want better, then a Desert Eagle. Gun skins are another thing that we will discuss in another post.

Did I miss out on some other gun that deserved a spot? Let me know in the comments.
